Duder, As I brag on Bushfingers, my 11 year old son had to fix a Cuban dish for school tomorrow. He wanted to use my 10" chef's knife, but.... not enough hand eye coordination and or arm strength, so... I pulled out a cocobolo KE Bushie. Wow! It was perfect. I was a little nervous as it is scary sharp. He did well and it was just the right size for a kid in the kitchen. In retrospect, I should have taken some pictures! Anyway, KEB's ROCK!

He made Moro y cristianos (Cuban Black Beans and Rice)...“Moors and Christians”. "Moors" refers to the black beans, and "Christians" to the rice. It's actually quite amazing... best black beans and rice I've had! He is VERY proud. I'm proud he used a real knife efficiently and in safely!
