Throwers?

Are there folks on this forum who throw axes/hatchets? Also what is a good started axe/hatchet for someone starting out?

I would recommend a Cold Steel tomahawk. They are cheap and durable. One of the main advantages to using them to start is that you won't mind when you miss the target and mash them into the dirt which can seriously damage the edge. Just keep a file with you to quickly patch up the edge.
