Had 2 very good transactions recently with DLT Trading.
1. Bought a DLT Endela Exclusive, satin blade, and then the Black Blade one dropped. They did a return and exchange without problem,,,as I never even opened the box on the satin one I sent back. I love the black blade. I just made a lanyard for it today.
2. Recently put in an order on a $200 knife which will go unnamed at this point, and asked
Jordan Wagner of DLT to make sure it checked out ok, centered blade and good grind. He was not happy with the grinds on those he looked at anf told me no problem if
I want a refund processed and cancel the order.
There was other stuff I was interested in and was able to give him some business and take a partial refund back.
I appreciated the honesty and looking out for me….the customer…….
