I purchased a couple of Bumps from these guys. The Bumps were delayed d/t production/demand issues twice and they kept me informed of the status all along the way. The only downside is that I was not provided with a shipping tracking number so no way to track status after the knives had actually been shipped.
Prices are very good too although selection is not quite as extensive as some other online shops.
