...and a thumbs down for UPS.
Ordered a DVD from MDT (www.mdtactical.com... cool new webdesign, btw) and was promptly issued a UPS tracking number, but every day for a week, the UPS site just said "Billing Information Received." It never said that the item had shipped. So after a week I sent an email to MDT because I thought maybe they had messed up. They promptly sent another DVD out to me second day air at no added expense.
Well the day after they sent me the second DVD, the first one arrived on my doorstep. I checked the tracking number again, and the package hadn't been scanned once between CA and MD until it hit a sorting center near my location. So much for UPS's amazing tracking abilities
So the day after the first DVD arrived, I got the second DVD (second day, as promised) which I then sent back to MDT.
MDT was pleasant to deal with and took care of me right away, no questions asked, despite the fact that it was UPS's fault and not theirs.
I won't hesitate to order from them in the future (especially since they are the sole retailer for ShivWorks products
)
