Sunday I send Tracy an e-mail about purchasing a file guide. He responded in less then an hour. I then put it on order Sunday evening. Monday morning, I received an e-mail that it had shipped already. That is excellent service. Thank you Tracy, you will defiantly be seeing more of my business.

Tracy's turnaround time for orders is extremely fast. I placed an order today and it arrived two days ago.

When he gave away the micarta scales, I got them like two days after I had ordered them, and I ordered around 10pm. And it was a free item!

If he carried all of the items I buy, he would be the only one I order from.

Yep. Him and Pop's would be my only go-to's. Tracy's family business has made a reputation for great customer service. I have nothing but great things to say for the times I've ordered through him. Tracy, I wish you all the best and may your family and business prosper beyond your expectations.

Cant say enough about Tracy's service. I sent him an e-mail once just to say thanks, he sent me one back thanking me for the thanks:)

Really a stand up guy. I buy all that I can from him.

Tracy's the best, only used him several times but he is the only one I will use in the future.

I will ditto all said so far and add a point here some seem to be missing . DON'T FORGET THE BETTER HALF . When Tracy is out of town playing and shopping for our addiction , LORA is taking care of business and family . The 1st order I placed thru them I replied on how impressed I was with the fast service , Tracy wrote and told me it was Lora who took care of business while he was out of town . So:thumbup:  for her also .

Everytime I've ordered something from tracy he has thrown something in like spacers and what not. He also refunded me some shipping because I ordered some stuff when he was goin to send my backorderd 2" poly wheel. to Tracy and co.

Plus one on Tracy and his staff's service. I've been burned and shuffled along by some of the "bigger name" suppliers, in fact I have a couple hundred dollars worth of stuff on "backorder" (we're talking MONTHS not weeks) from businesses I won't name here. I won't order from them ever again.

My first order from USAKnifemaker was a hassle, because of a goof-up on MY end. They dealt with my mistake very patiently and once I got my stuff squared away, I ended up getting an extra bar of steel, and was stunned at how fast I got my order. Even including the time it took me to straighten out my goof, it was faster than any other supplier I've dealt with.

After dealing with Tracy a couple times, I check his site FIRST for anything I need.

I also agree with everything said. Tracy and Lora are running an extremely good buisness, with a great range of supplies etc. i've only ordered from them a few times but have always found them to be very fast and friendly.
(just ordered some dvd's and they where here in Aussie in 5 days from me placing the order:eek:)
great people :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::D

Same here. I always check Tracy's stuff first when I need something, and he's willing to look into requests for additional items to stock. I just hope Tracy still has time to make a knife here and there! ;)

I placed 3 orders within 15 minutes from three different locations last week. Tracy's came on Friday, the next came on Monday, and the last hasn't even been shipped yet. This was my first knife making supplies order, but I'll definitely look to Tracy first.

Alright guys, we gotta tone this down before Tracy's head swells up so much he can't fit through the shop door...

Tracy Mickley drinks crappy beer!!!

:D
