Just had a great transaction experience with Raymond. Since it was an overseas transactions, I was a bit worried that package may not arrived, but Raymond is patience enough with my query on shipment status. In fact, he is even kind enough to include a freebie inside the envelope, which was not mentioned in his orginal sales thread.
