Thumbstud on traditional knives

I've heard about a thumbstud you can add to any traditional folding knife, but am unable to find one online. Any help?

Any of the ones I have seen have not been worth the trouble of trying. Keep in mind you need a certain amount of clearance for them to even begin to work. You are better off buying something designed with a thumbstud.

Absolutely. You're almost always better off it you get something originally designed and engineered for your needs rather than modifying something that isn't.
