thumbstuds

hi has any one drilled the blade on there 110 and added thumbstud if so where do i obtain materials for this job also are there any custom knifemakers who will do this for me

I know you're asking about putting on thumbstuds, but if you are lazy (like me ) the bandit may be what you are looking for. there is also another thread about a gentleman who used to work for the Buck Custom shop that may be able to help you.... Im not sure if he will put thmbstuds but it wont hurt to ask. I'll try to find his name for ya and post it.

It seems Mr. Leroy Remer used to work for Buck Custom shop but now makes his own knives. That said, he also works on Buck knives too.

I've used those little One Armed Bandits with good results in the past on Bucks. Unfortunately all of mine are on knives that are ... misplaced!
