Where can i order some custom or aftermarket thumbstuds for a benchmade 851? How do i know what size to order? Iv got a few knives that i would love to have different thumbstud on just to make thek a tad different.

As for size you will have to measure the diameter and the length. One source comes to mind now is Texas Knife Supply. They are on the web and you can look at their catalog and give them a call for more help. I have used them in the past without any problems. You can also Google for more suppliers.
 
I looked at their site and didnt see much. I live down the road from them so i might drop in and see what they have.
