Thursday Evening with Giant M-43, Foxy Folly and Seax

My husband is trying to get a rope over a branch of our Maple tree in the front yard. It has some kind of funny loop on one end, lots of wraps?
He doesn't seem like himself, kind of sniveling or almost crying, I saw he left this up on the computer so thought you could help me figure whats wrong with him.

He keeps swinging the rope but can't seem to get it over the branch he wants.

I guess I better go get a ladder and help him.

I just wanna say I enjoyed this rather morbid take on comedy.

But in the event that you're not joking, I need to remind you, mrs. B, that bawanna had chosen me to inherit all of his khukris...and some guns too...

Mrs. Martino has the Nepalese wizards working a mystical spell on a custom M43 for me. 'Twas the Foxy Folly that piqued my interest, though and once again I loudly complain that it is all Shav's fault that I have succumbed to HIK Fever and just gotta git one more. Well, actually two more because I need a little kitchen knife for myself. Been wondering....IF, just IF mind you....if a Kagas Katne come from Texas, would it be called a Cactus Katne?
 
Ha! Yes sir! You dont have a Khactus Katne yet? They are small but great lil pocket knife. I have a handful of them. Custom M43 eh! Man I gotta get me one of them. Sno did good today on that monster!
 
Man that M43 is a beast. Bigger than Uber, my big ol GRS. I kinda think I should get a giant AK. The tree guys left me a lot of wood to split for firewood. Sure I have a dozen khuks that could do it plus a maul....still I think i need another big chopper:D
 
Kukrifan,concerning the specs on an M43, They are a wicked beastie and is something you do not want to mess with. Trust me here, I'm your friend and don't you believe a word of what Ndog or Bawanna may tell you otherwise. IF you have one or get one, send it to me immediately for safe disposal. I would hate to see you succumb to the dreaded HIK Fever!
 
also I think it was 22 inches at 43 ounces with a 3/4 or 1/2 inch ( the giant)

specs tend to the larger side for m43, my smallest one is 17 inches at 26 ounces
