The Folder is by my good, Sardinian friend, Tore Fogarizzu..his T-special with Gold inserts delivered in NY..I love it!!

Here, of course is the Vehicle,went from a V-12 to the bi-turbo V-8 on my model, seems to work just fine

thanks for the comments on my Santoku, it cuts quite well. The next one will be of thinner stock

That vehicle is so nice, I can see why you were so happy. Now how about cutting me a deal on that Scagel? Thinner seems better on kitchen knives IMO, once you need tough shears or cleavers can take up the slack... Thanks for posting. :thumbup:
