Have this Fighter available.
It is made from heat treated ATI425 Titanium. Works like a simple carbon steel blade but much lighter and rust proof.
Flats are 400 grit hand rubbed and the bevels are 1000 grit and polished over to bring out the "hamon" like pattern that is a result from the heat treatment.
Although it's not a real hamon but it looks really cool. All is done without a cnc by me.
Specs are:
OAL: 303mm / 11.9"
Blade: 167mm / 6.6" cutting edge, 4.8mm / .188" thick ATI425 Titanium. Bevel is 32mm / 1.25" high.
Handle: Damascus Micarta with black thick Micarta Liner, 6AL4V screws. Scales are contured and grooved.
Weight: 181 gr. / 6.38 oz w/o sheath
Sheath is leather.
