My favorite sushi would be spicy tuna rolls, I can imagine how much better they will taste with Ti chopsticks!! ;)

My favorite roll sushi is tuna roll, but my favorite sushi is ebi nigiri sushi (shrimp on rice).

It's painful even thinking of a favorite sushi flavor because I love it all so much, but I am particularly fond of the "House Special" roll at a sushi bar I've been going to since my dad took me to my first sushi dinner at the age of 11. The inside of the roll is avocado, cucumber and a mix consisting of tuna, salmon, albacore, crab, some crunchy bits, all mixed in a spicy sauce. Albacore strips are then laid over the length of the roll (one piece of albacore for every slice), then it's topped with those fish shavings, tobiko, green onion, and a mix of mysterious delicious sauces and oil....my mouth waters just thinking about this wonderfully kinky sushi roll...

There's a local place that has a "white trash" sushi roll that I order. It's pulled pork, french fries, unagi, and BBQ/wasabi sauce, all rolled up in fried rice.I think that inspiration came from Guy Fieri. My back up has got to be a spider roll.

I don't have a name for my favorite roll but it's made by my brother-in-law. He has made them a few times now and still they have no name - hopefully that doesn't disqualify me...man are those ti chop sticks cool, and man is that one good looking lobster roll. Quite the combo.
