Can you do one where the middle two holes are slightly smaller so you can move all 4 holes closer together for small hands?

I already own an original in titanium. I have confirmed the holes are too far apart for small hand fellas.

Same deal here. Smaller hands.

With a closed fist, my fingers are 3 1/2'' wide.
My largest finger is 7/8'' wide.

I would love to pick up one of these if it fit my hand just right.
