I recently bought a Ti2 pen on this forum and it had an issue with one of the screwed on parts not coming off (in order to replace the refill.)
I emailed Ti2 support and got a response in something like 15 minutes. I sent the pen off two Saturday's ago to their warranty and got it back today.
I am very impressed.
