I am in the UK

This is my spare (I have another one I use all the time) its one of the first GEC I bought.
I need relatively easy to open knives due to damaged hands,this has quite strong springs but is very easy to pinch open.
I am looking for something else from GEC,single blade,similar size,no nail breaker something I can open.
Traditional only,I like simple like Tidioute and Gabon ebony.

I don't mind one that's been used if its in good condition, I only have knives I will use (not a collector as such).
I may even consider a lock back.
