OK folks, time for another Giveaway. I have two of these Tidioute Ez-Opens. One in Red Bone and one in Burnt Orange Bone. I don't need two of them so I'm giving away the Red Bone.
I know the topic has been discussed before but I would like to know what method of storage you folks use to store your slipjoints and/or fixed blades. A simple reply will do and it doesn't have to be anything fancy. If you store your knives in a shoebox, just say so.
Your post number will be your number for the drawing. (#1 doesn't count since that's me)
One post per member please. Pics are welcome but not required.
The only requirements to enter the Giveaway are that you mention how you store your knives and you must have a paid membership. (Basic member or higher) Post count is not a factor so if your reply to this thread is your first post, no problem as long as you have a paid membership.
NOTE: If you have a paid membership and your status under your username says "Registered user" please update your profile before posting a reply. Thanks. On Monday, February 28th at 2:30pm CST I will use random.org to select the winner. The knife is used and sharpened by yours truly but still in great shape with a lifetime of service still left in it. I was doing some experimenting a couple years ago with vinegar induced patinas so that's how this one got its patina.
I use these hinged glass top display cases to store my slipjoints.
I use these Bill's Custom Cases for anything that won't fit in the display case.
Good luck to all!
