Tie Clip???

I have just ordered a Mini Police for my wife (I WILL turn her into a knife nut somehow)

This gives me a perfect excuse for a tie clip

Any news on if or when they may be out??

Harvey - the knife has been designed and a prototype built. It's quite nice. Larger than the necklace, smaller than a ladybug. Shaped abalone scale on the front side, tie clip on the back.

Made as a Spyderco SKU, we couldn't move on it until late next year. We're trying to limit the number of new items to no more than 5 per year. When we discussed making the model as a BF item, we (Spark, Mike & I) thought that the quantity needed to make a production run could be handled by the forumites and it could be used to help offset the cost of the forum.

At the present time, we feel that the quantity necessary for a production run would be too great for the forumites to handle.

We'll show the prototype at various shows and judge production on reaction.

P.S. I also do prototype evaluation and testing, and I don't charge anything for it!
