Here's a picture of some of my knives. From right to left : My SOG GOV-TAC with the leather handle that I put on it. My SS1 and my SOG Recon Bowie I included for comparison size and at the far left is my Nite Tech Bowie. I used the blade from a Nite Tech (SK5 7"X .250") and the hilt and the pommel (stainless steel) from a Tech Bowie. Nite Tech + Tech Bowie = Night Tech Bowie. Get it? As you can see from the picture its a user. Its also a beast of a knife.

is that a real-deal old-old-old Nite Tech blade from years and years ago ?? I am assuming it is, since you say it is SK-5 steel.
