Tightening blade play

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum. I was wondering how I go about tightening the blade play on a knife that is pinned together. I appreciate any and all answers. Thanks guys

Shmuck it with a hammer!

If the pivots are through metal bolsters, just peen them down a bit tighter. Do it slowly, as you can freeze things up with too much hammering.

Thanks guys. It's a cheap crappy knife but I really need the slim 1 3/4 inch blade. Definitly will do tonight
