PK977, my lips are sealed. Couldn't pry them open with a 25" CAK. I'm not sure what exactly I'm keeping secret which is actually good, makes it easier to keep secret. Bamboo under the finger nails might make me talk but I won't know what to say so probably all good. I'll make something up.
 
I need a cross breed Kukri, a Thamar made curve spine Kukri with a M43 smooth handle and pommel. It must keep the curved handle though.

Saw the dotd while I was at work.. Almost pulled the trigger on the ASTK. But I saw you saved me ghurka berserka. Thank you.

I'm a proponent of smooth handles. I smoothed down the handle of the ASTK, WW2 and Bonecutter and now they're way more comfortable for me.

Just send Yangdu an email to himimp@aol.com with the date and Deal of the Day as the topic.
Include your name and address as well as your payment method and of course which item you want. There is a sticky at the top of the forum for more details.

Yangdu is fast. She'll get back to you with a final price or let you know if its already spoken for.

Just say you'll take and provide the description of what you want. Then wait till she responds either with a Done Deal which is good or a Long Gone which of course is bad.

If you get the Done Deal she'll also give you the additional shipping cost. Then you send her the loot preferably and most easily via Pay Pal.

I wish I was not always at work when the DotD posts, I would have bought the m-43 and curved spine in a heartbeat.
 
There was quite a run on those two today even for the folks waiting on pins and needles.

For what it's worth, Auntie has been slipping in these DotD's in the evenings, and on weekends a lot lately too. Whenever I'm feeling blue I usually log into HI forum for a pick me up ya know and sometimes they pop up when you least expect.
I think Auntie is thinking of everybody.
