Bought a replacement SureFire E2 from Tim after my dad decided he needed mine more then I did. Tim shipped the light out before payment was received, as we had spoken many time and have dealt before. It's amazing to see that trust still alive in this community, especially when we all keep seeing so many reports of people being ripped off. Tim is a great man who I am proud to call fried.

PS: I rarely post here and need to improve upon that. For all the people I have dealt with in the past, I have never had a deal go bad and would be more then happy to put in a good word for you at any time. Only problem, I have slept since most of my transactions and can't remember everyone I dealt with.

Tim is THE Surefire man.
Have done 3 deals with Tim, all well beyond what is expected. Great communication and ships fast as heck.

Just did another deal with him the last week. Surefire was out of stock on the item, and had to build it. Throught the entire wait (about a month) Tim keep on them to get it done. I never even had to e-mail and ask, he just did it and kept me updated. That my friends is what customer service is!!!
 
I started off as a customer of Tim's, ended up a friend. That's what it's all about.

Hey Tim, let me know if you get the Annuals again this year.
 
Tim is tops in customer service. He makes you feel like you are his top priority even with a relatively small order. What a rare and important skill that is these days.

Just thought I'd jump in and sing Tim's praises.
