I met Tim with PhilL at the ECCKS show last week also. It's amazing how polite he is when you weigh 275 and are standing right in front of him.

Seriously, Tim's a nice guy, and he's also the ONLY knifemaker that does color engraving.
All of the knives on his table were outstanding. I don't think that knife was an auto, just traditional opening without a nick or stud. Hell, I couldn't find the screws either.

mgkrame,
I was just kidding. Tim is a nice guy, just have to understand his sense of humor.
And unless you have had your sinuses removed or cemented shut, never, ever, never, stand behind him.

WoW Tim, you could probably get a couple hundred for that one.

Outstanding work as always.

Met Tim last year at Blade in Atlanta. Nice guy, funny as hell, and an absolute NUT. Is there such a thing as an Idiot Savant in knifemaking?

What can I say but add my humble wow...

A thumb stud? Nail? Are you out of your mind – this thing is perfect – and no way is this blade getting ruined for a stud…

Hey folks,

I liked the picture of Tim's knife so much I turned it into a "Desktop Picture" (or Wallpaper file). It's available in 1152x870, 1024x768 and 832x624 resolution. I have smoothed some parts, sharpened others, and despekled others. I also removed the text at the top. Below are links to the pictures, rather than slow the board down displaying the pictures everytime.

After you click the link and the full size picture loads, you can use your browser's "Save" command to save it on your hard disk. Here are the links:

Enjoy!
