Hello!
STeven - thank you very much for sharing the in-progress pictures with us! Very enjoyable to watch!
It's great to see that there is some love for "puukko"-style customs here as well - both your pieces are right down my alley, STeven and Peter! Can I talk you two into a handle-material-stash shot?![]()
All the best,
Alex

Hello STeven!
Thanks a lot for the image of your goodies! You have some really great pieces in there! I would most certainly enjoy all of these myself, the wood, the stag and the pearl! Do you allready have a plan for the pearl?
All the best,
Alex
I'm late to the party as far as posting, but as you all know I held this one in my hand. Ever so often one will come through my shop that is just above and beyond for one reason or another. You know .. you love it when you see it and love it even more when you pick it up. Well, this is one of those knives. Believe me, none of the photos, including mine, come near doing this piece justice. As someone said earlier you can almost see the electricity running through the wood. Fit and finish is perfect it's just the whole nine yards. As far as the sheath goes it was a real pleasure to make, and it just kind of flowed together. The sheath color is much better looking than the photos and matches up to compliment the knife just right.
It's a keeper for sure, STevie.

Paul - Thank you for making me look good!
Steven - Thanks for the nudge back in to making knives. Making this knife was a nice change of pace from the razors.
