blade steel - Rob Thomas stainless damascus (typhoon)
grind - flat
raised back spacer - anodized, textured & file work titanium
screws - anodized titanium
Bearing pivot for a fast and smooth operation. Strong detent, strong secure lock up and zero blade play in any direction.

Wow! That is mind boggling... Oh Dennis, Dennis.....

Trust me Russ ... Dennis has been admiring this one since he learned of it! However, he already has the very first full Timascus frame lock Alan made (back in 2013). So, he is going to give someone else a shot. For the life of me, I am shocked it is still available! BTW, the Thomas Typhoon pattern is an outstanding choice for this knife. As always .... Alan dun good!!!

I just ordered an Ed Brown after 3 years of oogling, which is a huge purchase for me, i sadly tapped my wallet when I saw this... I have two wonderful Alan Davis knives, there is a third in my future, it is just timing at this point.
One thing I will say, Alan heat treats elmax like no other, and I have a lot of it to compare to.
Someone is getting a beauty!
