I try to use every knife as soon as I get it. That way I don't worry about it anymore. I use all my knifes. It helps keeps me from buying safe queens.

True words. I have always believed in never letting anything go unused. Who is really going to give a crap that I kept my first knife in pristine shape or my elephant ivory handled knife is brand new when I die? No one. So should I deny myself the pleasure of using it? If the answer is yes, then I sell whatever is in question. Everything that doesn't die with me will bear the marks of life.
