I don't know any teens that don't have a camera, or at least a few friends or family members that would let you borrow one. A lot don't have phones that can take pictures though, because they tend to cost a lot more.

I see teens with $400+ phone all the time, I have a phone that's 10 years old and cost me $50 it make phone calls and takes pictures.

All ya gotta do is type selfie into Google, the majority of pics are teens, I wouldn't click on the thumbnails though, who knows what trouble you could get into could find yourself on an episode of predator...
