It was a tough winter and now it's time to think about the Summer Fun.:)
I made this Carver with Pig Roasts in mind. :cool:

Full Quenched, Double tempered at 450F and torched spine.

Max Blade Thickness .160 with full Distal taper.
Hand sanded blade.
Contoured handle with WSSI Stabilized Pommele Bubinga scales.
416 Stainless Dove tailed Bolsters.

Great looking pig carver!:thumbup: I think it would also work pretty well for slicing off some of the crispy skin as the pig is sizzling away.

Very nice work, your kitchen knives are always standouts.
