Time to ban the fake "Jerry" IDs?

Ya know, it just dawned on me that these fake Jerry emails might be part of a more diabolical ploy . . .

What if those who are complaining are actually behind the fake Jerry emails, and they sent them off to get sympathy in the hope of scoring before everyone else?

You see, if enough people fell for it, there might be sympathy and a desire to help them get what they wanted . . . which was all part of the plan.

Some serious trickery was/is afoot!

no I am not serious, but it would be funny if true

Are you kidding? Did you read those posts? There was very little sympathy, I am still putting neosporin on the tusk gouges I had just from answering this friggin thread.. :eek: I am healing nicely though, I think the neosporin helped some but the email from AMY-O rocked me into INFInity and beyond! I scored everything I wanted, well everything I could reasonably ask for, remember, there's the friggen for sale forum :cool: Infi heavy, but happy. MOST IMPORTANTLY, No Regrets :D Scott

That is EXACTLY what I mean. You claim that all the other hogs trampled you to death, when it was in fact you who set of the stampede, counting on the abundant generosity of Busse and Co to help you score what you wanted because you got so "badly trampled."

Even if you ban the fake Jerrys, there is always the old HOG ploy of bringing up an old "GO GO GO" post that Jerry really did post. I have used it before and it works, right Brian? So, I think the best thing is to pay attention and have fun, all Amy has to do is delete all emails before the target Jerry release time and go from there! See, it is so easy,

How about Fake Jerry Sin Tax:
A 20% surcharge on fake Jerry’s Ganza order!
And, a 10% surcharge on orders intentionally flooded in before the GO!

All that extra cash will go to AMY and friends, who have to weed through all of the BS required to sort out the legit orders.

OK. How many enemies did I just make? :D:D:D

Uh, 8!!! ha-ha :D

But Mister Gunscrounger, sir you make a good point. Many people only got their blood pressure tripled but the real casualties in the name of fun are Ms. Amy-0 & her staff who have to sort the extra emailings.

Fun is fun, but fair is fair & I propose to all of my 8rothers that we come up with a way to reward them for dealing with our HOG trickery.

How bout we kick in for a day at a health spa after each ganzaaa? A fair share from all of those who posted a false 'Go' during that nite so that we can restore these very talented people at BUSSE who were affected by our fun to their normal calm cool and collected states after all of their efforts to make us happy?

I'm sure the real Jerry Busse knows who we all are. Will you let us, Mister Boss HOG sir? :eek:

I think the biggest problem is the complaining that your shenanigans generated (I say "your" because I am the real Jerry Bussse, not some fake!). I don't imagine that it is too difficult to delete all the emails received before a certain time.
Besides, if it was, then a few hogs with auto-emailing programs would bear the lions share of fault here!
But, I could be wrong. It's happened once before.

how do these guys get multi user names. I know you can change your name, but can you have multi names? So if a guy gets banned from the Forum, he can use another name to stay active? TC

Yes, you can register again under a different username. If you really piss off the right mods, they can figure out who you are, and ban you again.

Possible but doubtful that he would be active for long. He may have another name but we will eventually root him out also. Real trolls always show their true colors... eventually . ;)

But I am up for rewarding the staff for the extra BS they have to put up with. They go the extra mile for all of us. Count me in.
