Time to slow down....

Admitting you have a problem is the first step. October was my one year anniversary for starting to get into knives. I had a boy scout knife as a kid, a swiss army in my twenties and a small Kershaw for my 30's. Now in my 40's I stumbled across a knife case in my LGS and had no idea that such a world of knives existed! A year ago, I thought a Benchmade was outrageous. Just the start. I hope to be able to attend the Blade Show in 2016 as I'd love to pick up a few more folders. Good luck, I know I'll need it!

Only thing with the finger grooves for me is my hand doesn't quite fit it, but feels good when I choke up. Was thinking when the custom shop opened back up, to leave the first finger groove and take out the rest on my Mojo

My kid just referred to our local post office as "that place where we get knives and packages and such"...

I try to resist, I really do. But then these good deals pop up, or a Grail blade appears, or something new pops up. It was never this bad when I was younger and had much less disposable income.

When I first got my cgfbm, I said, Just this one. I don't need a small knife to benefit from infi. fastforward. tonight I am arguing with myself on why I should or should not buy a tglbm.

Its messed up,, but it is an addiction! I tell myself,, ok I'm good.. theres a blade to cover all my bases. Then suddenly I'm thinking,, whats a good length for a sword,, that ruki is still up on the Swamp rat site..hmm

At one time I had myself talked into a ruck. then the price went up $50 and I said nah. then I bought a scrapizishe (whatever) and I was good.
