Time To Start A Kitchen Knife Forum ??

I'd love to see a kitchen knife forum as well.

I'd love to see a kitchen knife forum. Plus, a few of "our" makers already make kitchen knives. It would be great to have a place for members to post reviews and user pics of these knives.

Mr. Harner did some spectacular work here I'd love to take it for a test drive but $500 is a little rich for me. His discussion on edge geometry of kitchen knives if worth a read then some research.
