See them all over the survival forums and such. I decidedto make one. used two empty beer cans and basically put holes with a tack around the edge of one part and a few in the middle then mated it to the same from another can with no holes. Put denatured alcohol in the middle and filled it up. Lit the middle and viola! Works pretty neat. Was able to boil a soup can full of water pretty quick.
