Tip Down / Tip Up ... Your Reasons Behind Them

rockspyder, just a hint to make you happier with that 710. Loosen the pivot, then hold the knife horizontally, open-side-down, then ....

Actually, that is sort of already the way that I do it. Still, the way it rides in my pocket, and the way I end up gripping it (every time), I have to adjust the handle before I can get a good thumb grip on either the stud or the lock. I know, I know, my hands are just too small (or I'm setting it in my pocket wrong, or something).

Thanks for the hint, though.

Does it matter how one carries their knives? Tip up, Tip Down, who cares. I think y'all have to much on time ye hands. How can I seriously reply to a dicussion that is about nothing?
Can't we have more intellectual discussions?

Oops, sorry Mark. I guess that came out wrong (maybe?). I wasn't referring to this thread. I have enjoyed this one.
