Tip Down???

I remove the clips, from all my knives, as I have a sewn in knife pocket.
So yes, they become tip down.

I'm a tip up guy. I like the idea of the spine of the blade against the seam of my pocket. It's not that I won't buy tip down knives, but I just prefer tip up. I would really like to send my Para and my Millie into STR for low rider tip up clip installation.... There is about a dozen others I'd like to send to him as well for the same treatment.
 
I despise tip-up, and I have passed owning a number of great-looking Spydercos for lack of a tip-down option. Tip-up is just so wrong on so many levels. It is an abomination against natural order and common sense.

(Did I mention that I don't care much for tip-up?)

I've noticed that people who prefer tip up tend to carry in their front pocket, and people who carry elsewhere tend to prefer tip down.
