Awwww, man...I know Miami's like a different country to most of ya'll, but you have NO idea what you're missing. You've NEVER celebrated Chrimmus til you've done it poolside in shorts and flip flops next to a palm tree with a single cord of multicolor lights winding up the narrow trunk.
Now, we Puerto Ricans have a couple Creema (that's Christmas in spanglish) drinks that are to die for.
My mother makes this drink called Coquito (co-key-toe) which is made with coconut milk, egg, cinnamon, and Rum and a few other things. Mmm good...
Then, over on the island, they make this homemade rum called Ron Cana (Ron Con-yuh, or cane rum) which they cure for months with all sorts of tropical fruits. You show up on Noche Buena (Christmas Eve) and everyone has brought their own blend with all sorts of things like carambola, orange, guava, strawberry, kiwi, quenepa...goes down like a hog's favorite kool-aid, but if you're not careful you'll forget your name and end up in another town with no car wondering what day it is.
