We're now stocking TiStix, titanium chopsticks designed and made by knifemaker Alan Folts. These are made from full length machined titanium and have been anodized in a variety of colors. We even have a couple of special sets with unique anodizing that really stand out. Check them out on the website for more info.

Alan does make plain TiStix as well, we actually had a set but they sold in the store before we were able to get them online. Will probably be a few weeks before we get more plain in stock.

It may be a while before we have the bronze color back in stock as we have to order up in pretty good numbers on these.

As a lover of both backpacking and knives, and someone who uses chopsticks in the home I must ask why you'd pay $80 for a pair of these when wooden ones would be grippier and just as light, or you could whittle a pair in the backcountry in no time. They do look nice though.

Alan machines the middle of these for extra grip, and the tips have a coating to help provide a little extra grip on food. When compared to wooden sticks, these won't hold bacteria or rot, and will last a lifetime.
