Hello all,
Up for grabs is a batch of kiridashi-style knives, in three different titanium alloys. They're about 5 1/4" long.
The three on the left are "tank armor" ATI425 alloy, also called Grade 38. About 1/8" in thickness.
The three in the middle are thinner, made of "nuclear sub" Ti 8mn alloy.
The last two on the right are "Spetsnaz body armor" BT/VT23 alloy.
They're all heat-treated for blade use and are quite sharp. They retain gray and colorful oxides naturally generated by the heat treatment of the blades, so each one is unique. Most likely the last ones of the year! They have convex double-bevels and an angled scratch pattern, as you can see in the photos.
Price is $165 shipped, and includes a horizontal leather belt sheath for discrete carry that blends into your belt. Feedback on this little flat knife and sheath package has been very good. People say it's a comfortable and convenient way to keep a useful little fixed blade on-hand.
Thanks for looking!
