I am making a very few titanium combs, they are 1.6mm thick , all made from 6AL/4V titanium with 6AL/4V titanium clips held in place with one Torx stainless screw, the item is bead-blasted and anodized.
If you are interested in having one please let me know. $65 + $12 post. They will be finished in one week time.

Questions:

The clip (which is titanium) is held in place by a screw. On the opposite side is the screw protruding out (possibly screwed onto something else) or is the screw is merely screwed onto the titanium alone?

Is there anything to keep the clip from moving to the direction of up and down (if you are looking at picture 1 for example).

Any other variations of the ti comb available? Or is it only one design?

How much is shipping to Malaysia?

I machine a channel in to the titanium the same width as the clip so the clip sits inside that and stops the clip from rotating. The screw goes all the way through the titanium. No other variation available unless you buy a batch of 50 made to your own design.
