Hey so i have recently fallen in love with higonokami's and id like to make one with a piece of titanium folded for the handle rather than the standard brass handle. and to make this idea go 2 steps further have the folded handle act as liner lock and clip all in one.
Simply put how would someone go about making a one piece handle, liner lock, and pocket clip out of titanium?
Some ideas
Bend the clip and lock (sanding the lock to the proper angle as well) then wrap everything around a piece of steel thats the same width as the blade.
Would i need to heat the titanium and anneal it to do this? or what?
Sorry if this is really complicated, not sure how to simplify it any better.
