Another one I have been bringing along while filling orders. A little different from what I have been dong but I like the way it turned out. Very comfortable in the hand. Extremely smooth, opens with a flick of your thumb and locks up solid, no movement in any direction. Early lock up and centered blade with a nice positive detent. Here are the specs:

Closed- 4 1/2 inches
Open- 7 3/4 inches
Steel- cpm154 X 1/8
Grind- Flat ground to almost a zero edge
HT- In house with dry ice cryo to a tested 59-60rc
Finish- Hand samded to 2000 grit
Frame- .105 titanium with file work. Hand sanded to 2000 grit, bead blasted and anodized
Pivot- Stainless 3/16 with phosphor bronze washers
Stop Pin- 3/16 hardened stainless
Thumbstud- reversible stainless
Clip- Hand made anodized .040 Titanium
Hardware- Stainless
