I got some titanium guitar picks done. Material is 6AL4V titanium. Thickness is about .45mm (.018"). I do not use 'mass production' methods like stamping or waterjet. I mill these from titanium sheet, cut in the logo, blue anodize and hand finish, all done entirely in my shop. I have been playing guitar for over 20 years so these are not just for show, I put a nice radius on the edges for playability. There is not much flex so these are rigid like a thicker pick with the thickness of a medium to thin pick. Available with or without keychain hole. Price is $18 with free shipping in USA.
