There's no reason a dive knife needs to be titanium. H1, Magnacut, etc are just fine.
The familiar mass-produced titanium dive knives that have been around for a long time are low quality blades, and really are more of a prybar.
I think hardened titanium alloy knives are best when thin and fine, but they're not too easy to make.
