I have this little neck knife for sale. Material is titanium grade 5 anodized blue with satined sides.

Total lenght: 86 mm / 3,4"
Blade lenght: 33 mm / 1,3"
Blade thickness: 2,5 mm / 0,1"

While I am not the maker, Yes that is a chisel grind as most titanium blades are either that or some form of what emerson uses or what strider calls an asym or asymmetrical grind. That and almost every titanium blade that is truly titanium and not coated and mislabeled will have that odd almost rough looking side on it which has been carbidized for hardness and edge retention.
