Guys and Gals... I have an easy Titanium project for any maker who might be interested. Please contact me for details. Thanks.

OK, gang, here it is. I'd like a business card, 3 1/2 x 2, made from a thin piece of Titanium. 3 Sides would be beveled and there would be a hole drilled in the 2" non beveled side. BB finish. Any takers?

I tell you what I'll do with it, Mr. Leu!
It's really going to be a scrapper... to clean out ... bird boxes. :)

Titanium handle with a Carbide front edge. Strong no harmful oxidation, lasts forever.

Well, looks like I'm out of luck... no one will make it.
Thanks anyway. I'll try folks at the USN.

Made to Lycosa's spec's.

Bad lighting washed out the bevels a bit, they are all evenly ground

Tin--- It looks great! thanks! I owe you one.;)
This will be a cool tool and just plain cool! :D

Mods--- Please move this if you want.
And Pohan, thanks for the support! ;)

Now that is an awesome, state of the art, bird box scraper

Almost makes me wish I had some bird boxes to scrape :D

Cool. What does one wear on their eyes while grinding titanium? I heard the UV light is VERY bad for the eyes !

Hi, this stuff does not like being ground, it rips all the grit off your belts, clogs stones so it's all hand filed then hand sanded and bead blasted>

WHAT??!!
Richard... Thank You for all your effort!
Po, just wear a welding helmet, over your doo-wrap. :D
