Titanium Rings

Good information. I'll google your suppliers and see if I can find 1 1/4". I need a size 11 for myself.

Ever try knurling 6al/4v?

If I can find the right drop, I may pin something else on top. And a gold liner would be nice.

I have knurled it, but it's very tough to do. It takes a huge amount of force and a stiff setup. The real trick is drilling it. It will kill drills very quickly unless they are carbide or cobalt and run very slow and with lots of coolant.

I'll chime in here and say that I've been wearing one of Boone's Ti rings for years now. I don't suspect that I'll be replacing it any time soon. (unless I get to fat to wear this one!)

I love the light weight and high durability of this ring as I am not easy on jewelry.

Thanks again for the great ring!
