Wow, my vendor came through on this stuff. Sheets of .040" 6Al4V really cheap! Most pieces are pretty flat, a couple were slightly warped. A quick hit with the sand blaster flattens them out easily.

12" x 10" x .040" sheets $10 shipped (sold)
Qty 2 -- 6" x 1.75" x .040" $5 shipped (6 pair) (currently 12"x1.75" but I plan to cut in half to make shipping affordable)
4" x 6" x .063" $5 shipped (sold)

Shipping for the lot going to Tiiiiiiiiiiim was $28, but he had 2 sheets, 5 strips and all 3 4x6 pieces. It weighed about 5lbs. I priced two sheets to Brisbane yesterday and it was $18. Total to Australia for two sheets would be $33.

Just curious, what are you guys using this stuff for? I figured liners but getting the feeling that I might be wrong.

BTW: I've used some to fix my aquarium, build tools, make brackets for go-kart controls, a steak knife, box cutter, tensioner for a chainsaw, just about everything. Most knives I've made have at least one piece of Titanium in them, be it pins, guards, D-Guards, 1/4" thick scales on a fillet knife, just about everything.

I'll be using the .040 for pocket clip material.
Thanks,
Jeff

Seems you only have one sheet left now the postage will be about the same so not really worth it, if you had two I would be in it for sure. Thanks any way
If you get any more please let me know

Richard

If you guys are using it for pocket clips, then why am I so worried about the slight warpage? Figures that's the one thing I haven't used it for.

Pleasure doing business with all of you!

I do use it for liners and clips but like around .044. Keep your eyes open for that size.

I'll take the last sheet. PayPal sent. Thanks, Gene
