I picked my first Para 3 up in 2016 when they first dropped. I liked it well enough, but wanted something a little more unique. I found these titanium scales from Rockscale Design. They were in a satin finish and scratched easily. It was a pain to maintain the finish. One day after work I had enough. I sat down on our retaining wall and said screw it and rubbed the presentation side scale against the concrete. I did random patterns from circles to figure eights and forward and back. After a few minutes I stopped and inspected the scale. It didn’t look half bad. I removed the clip and repeated the process on the other side. I now have my own unique working finish and I no longer care about the scratches.
