Hello everyone. I've been scouring the Internet looking for good price on some titanium. So far alpha looks the best and all the other ones do have to much variety in terms of sheet size. I'm looking for small quantities around .125-.250 thick. Any recommendations for good source. I just plan on playing with some maybe make a blade or handle from it. Thank you all in advance you are all very help all the time thanks to this community for helping me get started in this hobby and sharing all of thus knowledge for free!

I buy a lot of titanium. Ive found george at AMX metals is by far the cheapest at $5 per lb. He is on ebay but its better to just call him with wuat you want.

I haven't tried AMX yet, but I met George at Chad Nichols Redneck Summit..cool guy, solid.
Lately I have been getting Ti from Alpha Knife Supply..Quality and service is top notch. They also run it through a surface finisher...nice.

Alpha knife Supply. The knifemaker grade is really good stuff. Clean, flat, and no deep scratches. great customer service also

I'll pile on with Jason and JB....Alpha's knifemaker grade Ti is nicely finished. Great people to work with.

Thank you all for the advice. I went with a piece from AMX they had exactly what I was looking for. And for what it counts so did alpha and they had a huge selection. The only issue i had with alpha is I would need to call in and I have power and internet but my cellphone doesn't really work after sand came by. weird huh? well any way i jut wanted to get an order in as quickly as possible just so I don't need to worry about it getting here by when I need it. Thanks again guys and i hope all of you made it through storm OK for got to mention that in the fist post.
