Titanium Surface Question

I just got a new ZT 0450 and just started playing with it. The Ti scales have a weird surface that reacts oddly to some things. When I get grubby body oil fingerprints on the scales, they seem to interact with the metal and make a blue-ish color stain on it. This can be wiped away with a lightly oiled cloth and then a dry paper towel.

I read the lit that came with the knife, but it’s quiet on the subject of what (if anything) to do to/for the Ti scales. I also tried searching a few phrases here but came up dry. Is there anything I should or shouldn’t do for the Ti scale surfaces?

I use alcohol wipes and haven't noticed any problems...dishsoap also seems to do a good job removing and preventing oils for a little time. I just use my girlfriends hair dryer to dry out the pivot if if I'm using dishsoap and not disassembling...

Apparently that green EDC goo is great and I want to give it a try sometime.
